Large commercial systems lose real money when panels are dirty. We clean warehouse, factory, office and winery arrays with deionised water and soft brushes, scheduled around your operations.
On a large commercial system, even a small drop in output adds up to a noticeable cost over a year. Dust from trucks and industrial areas, bird droppings and grime from nearby roads build up on panels faster than most owners expect, and rain alone does not wash it off.
We clean with deionised water and soft-bristle brushes, which lift dirt without scratching the glass or damaging panel coatings, and leave no mineral spots behind as the water dries.
Big commercial roofs need proper access. We are work at heights certified, supply SWMS before starting, complete your site induction, and use the building's certified roof anchors. We can work early, after hours or on weekends so your operations are not affected.
Every job comes with before and after photos for your facility manager or sustainability report, and we can set up a regular cleaning schedule so it never gets forgotten.
Pure water rinse leaves no mineral spotting on the glass.
Safe for panel coatings: no scratching and no warranty risk.
Every array documented, so you can see the result without going on the roof.
