Done properly

Strata complexes look tired fast when common areas are left: black driveways, green paths, stained walls and overflowing gutters. It affects how the whole complex looks to residents and buyers, and slippery paths are a liability for the owners corporation.

We quote per complex and can set up a regular schedule, such as gutters before winter and driveways and paths once or twice a year, so the strata manager does not need to chase it.

Work is planned around residents, with notice provided for the manager to pass on, and we keep access clear for cars and foot traffic while we work.

Every job is invoiced directly to the strata manager or owners corporation and comes with before and after photos for the committee.
